1. Upon introduction by Group Account Directors/Managers, Executives and Heads of BUs (international agencies), generate, qualify and convert leads at key accounts (full ownership) by:
    • Identifying and providing solutions to business problems through consultative selling
    • Showcasing omnichannel retail, e-commerce, CRM and loyalty expertise and building rapport with client Executives and Senior Management
    • Creating service proposals (with the support of our subject matter experts) and pitching them to clients
    • Driving the sales cycle through to closing to win new large, strategic and transformational projects at existing Group accounts and new prospects
  2. Map and identify new target accounts within the Group and partner network to sell our omnichannel consulting services and/or partners’ solutions. Devise account strategy and initiate contact with, or through, account representatives to progress down the sales funnel.


1. Upon receipt of tenders for large strategic and transformational omnichannel retail projects, manage the entire RFP process:

  • Clarify and qualify client requests
  • Carry-out analysis and research
  • Engage with group BU’s and our partner network and design the solution blueprint
  • Write the RFP response and pitch it before the client SALES & MARKETING MANAGEMENT:
  1. Follow and review project execution with clients to strengthen the relationship and identify cross & up-sell opportunities
  2. Build, manage and grow a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities, to attain the objectives set as per the business plan jointly developed with the Managing Director and the targets agreed with the Group CFO
  3. Build, lead and manage a Pitch Team international standard a leto win key transformational projects against Top-Tier consultancies and Global agencies
  4. Build strong ties with our solution provider partners and develop joint business plans to expand our solution sales business (referrals, license resell and professional services). Work closely with their sales and technical teams to win opportunities
  5. Working closely with the Managing Director, package successful past projects and collaborations into end-to-end turnkey offerings (consulting, creative & marketing services, solution, implementation) and develop the go-to-market strategy (delivery model, marketing & sales collaterals, sales channels, pricing & marketing strategy…)
  6. Advocate/promoteomnichannelconsultingwithintheGlobalSalesTeam and BUs to develop a common and actionable understanding and foster new ways of working driving synergies
